In 2005, Jackelin Paiz made a bold decision: she would build her own construction company in one of the most male-dominated industries in America. Armed with a pickup truck, deep knowledge of the trade, and a relentless drive to do right by every homeowner, she founded Paiz Construction in Miami. Over two decades later, her company has completed more than 500 residential and commercial roofing projects across South Florida.
